It's 6pm somewhere. Crack open the Aperol, pour in the prosecco and honestly life is good right now.
What you need 🛒
Prosecco90 ml
Aperol60 ml
Soda water30 ml
Orange slice, to garnish1
Iceas needed
How to make it 👨🍳

Fill a large wine glass right to the top with Ice.

Pour in the Prosecco first.

Add the Aperol — it will sink and then slowly bloom upwards through the bubbles.

Add the Soda water and give it one gentle stir — just enough to combine without killing the fizz.

Drop the orange slice into the glass and serve straight away.
